I'm Topher M. Ford, and I'm here to help.
I am proud to have been part of the Black News Channel for almost all of its two+ years on the air. I started there in June 2020 as a producer. I produced three hours of live-streaming news five days a week.
Then in February 2021, I transitioned to the position of News Content Editor. I edited video and audio for many different BNC live shows, including Start Your Day, DC Today, BNC Live, BNC Midday Jolt, and The World Tonight. I also regularly edited original news packages for broadcast across the network.
In mid-2022, Black News Channel filed for bankruptcy and dismissed almost all of its staff. So I moved on to my current career, producing instructional videos for an IT company and managing their Learning Management Systems. In the meantime, I’ve continued to study and write as much as I’m able.
I've been writing almost all of my life, and writing well for the last twenty years or so. In addition to writing, I'm a half-decent musician, photographer, teacher, videographer, sound engineer, and graphic designer. I intend to create my own television show one day. Until then, I am available to help you communicate with the rest of the world in any number of ways.
All of the photography featured throughout this website is my own work, except where otherwise noted. I designed this website on my own, if you don't count pre-made templates as assistance.
I've written on many different subjects, but most extensively on news, music and photography. For several years, I wrote and a podcast called CIA Files: True Stories of U.S. Intelligence.
So if you need help communicating, drop me a line. I’m here to help.
